My favorite viewpoint in the north of Ireland! Ballynagelty also known as Kodak Corner is luckily right on our doorstep and one of my favorite places to go up and paint. I created a small study of this scene and then went back to my studio to capture this large scene. I love the complimentary blues and oranges. It creates this tension of warm and cool. The trees in the forground make it feel like you are just peaking out at the view of Carlingford Lough and Slieve Foy.
This extra wide print would be such a statement over a sofa or above a bed.
