CHRISTMAS ORDERS: Please note I cannot guarantee arrival before Christmas. As a small business, postal and customs delays are completely out of my hands. Thank you for understanding!

SHIPPING METHODS

Please note: Since the start of Covid, postal services and customs have been experiencing extreme delays. Because of this, if your order is taking longer than normal to arrive, I am only able to deem a parcel missing after 6 weeks from the shipping date. Your patience is greatly appreciated!

Shipping is available worldwide for a flat rate of $5. Canvas paintings over 11x14 inches will incur an additional charge. I will be in contact after purchase with an estimate of the shipping cost.
Please note, any extra fees, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Canvas paintings – I wrap it in bubble wrap and shipped in a cardboard box to protect the canvas. Please note oil paintings take a long time to dry. The estimated shipping timeframe will be listed in the individual product description for oil paintings.

Paintings on paper/ prints – The painting or print is enclosed in a clear sleeve or wrapped in tissue, and mailed in a hard cardboard box, rigid envelope or tube depending on the size. Your order will be shipped within 7-14 business days. If your order is a gift and is going directly to the recipient, I can add a personalized note for no extra charge. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

I want you to not only be satisfied with your artwork, but ecstatic about it! If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package.  I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.

Prints – I  will replace your print free of charge if there is any defect in the paper or if it has been damaged during shipping.

Original and Custom Paintings – Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
