Introducing “The Illustrator”

I’m over the moon (pun intended) to finally introduce “The Illustrator” luggage collaboration with SteamLine Luggage and Over the Moon. Coming in both blue and pink, these two sets of romantic luggage are perfect to take on honeymoon or anytime you want to make travel a little more glamorous! It was so much fun designing the interior for this luggage and I adore the timeless look of the stripes!

Not only am I obsessed with how the collection turned out but I also love how the collaboration came about! I met Sara the owner of SteamLine Luggage a few years ago. At the time I was trying to figure out where I wanted to take my business and what kind of projects I wanted to illustrate. I made a list of dream clients and SteamLine was at the top of my list. A few days later I commented on an Instagram post SteamLine Luggage made and they sent me a message saying their Founder Sara lived in Dublin and would love to meet me to chat about a collaboration! I wholeheartedly believe in manifestation and it felt like synchronicity! We met a few weeks later and hit it off straight away. You know those people who just fill you up and make you feel better/lifted after spending a few hours with them? That’s Sara. She is a powerhouse of a woman and loves to uplift and support other women. We discussed collaborating together on a collection and that was the start of The Illustrator.

The blue design was inspired by my own wedding flowers and were taken from my Blue Botanical print!

We wanted to play around with another color way so I created the pink design in a similar fashion. Once we had the two, we couldn’t decide which we loved more so we went with both!

Since the design was inspired by my wedding, it’s so lovely to have the collection on Over the Moon. It’s the perfect luggage to take on honeymoon, gift your bridesmaids the Minis and keep and even use to transport your beautiful items on your wedding day. I am so proud of this collection and I hope you love it as much as I do!
